Can
you ship to my country?
We
ship to most countries. If you are unsure if the country you are residing

How
long does shipping take?
In
order to fully accommodate your needs, we offer various shipping methods that
would allow you to receive your item when you want to receive it.
Orders
are shipped within 24 to 48 hours through US Postal Service (USPS). The
shortest time that we can ship to you is 2 days and the maximum is around 30
days.
Please
note that the transit time for shipping also depends on the destination of the
package or where you will be shipping the item/s to.
Do
you offer EXPEDITED Shipping?
Yes,
we do. Priority and Express Mail service is available for an extra
fee. Please note that charges will vary depending on package size and

How
do I track my order?
When
tracking is available, we will send you your tracking number via email so you
can check exactly where your order is.
Why
have I not yet received my package?
There
are several reasons why you may have not received your package:
o PetApparelFashion
usually notifies buyers that their item has been shipped out via
email. The email message should contain your order confirmation and
tracking number. If you have not received an email from us informing you
that your package has been shipped out, it is quite possible that it has not
been shipped out yet.

o On
very rare occasions, the package is stuck in customs. You may check with
your local customs agency to see if your package is detained there, because it
is possible that you will be required to pay import duties. Please inform
us if you need any information from us in order to assist you in clarifying information
invoices to customs.
o If
you suspect that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please send

o You
may have not received your item, because it is still in transit. In cases
like these, please check the website of the shipping method or delivery service
you had chosen to monitor the status or progress of your parcel.
