Your stock is not enough for my order. What do I do now?

We live to satisfy our customers and that is why if you want to make multiple purchase, but feel that the stock we have is not enough for your transaction, we will make sure to accommodate your needs. Once an item is out of stock, PetApparelFashion makes the necessary notifications to our suppliers and manufacturers. This way our stocks are replenished as soon as possible.

 

How do I specify a larger quantity for an item?

When you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you will see a default quantity of 1 under the Qty. column. Change the quantity to the amount desired and click Update Cart. The Shopping Cart will now reflect your new quantity. You may then click Continue Shopping to shop for more items or Checkout to start the checkout process.

 

Are all of your products listed on the website?

All of the products that we have are found on the website. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us. If the item you are looking for is not part of our product line, we will see what we can do in order to get it for you!

 

Do you offer free samples?

As much as we would like to offer you free samples, we’re afraid that we cannot do so at this time. Should we have any promotions wherein we will be providing free samples, we will make sure to inform you.

 How do I cancel my order?

Once you have completed a payment or transaction and you decide to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at mail[at]petapparelfashion[dot]com so with the following details:

 

Please note that an item has already been shipped once the shipping label and tracking numbers have been generated. If an order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.  Once this happens, you may choose to have your item returned. What is your Return Policy?

We understand that there are times when our products simply do not fit your needs. That is why we offer a 30 day Return Policy for all items that we have in our product line. If you feel that you have changed your mind or the item that you have ordered is not at par with your expectations, you may choose to send it back to us and obtain a refund or replace it with another product. This is

Which payment methods do you accept?

PetApparelFashion accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments made through PayPal.

PayPal is one of the most secure payment methods online, because it allows you to make a payment without having to share your card details with the party you are transacting with.

 

All you need to do is add your card details unto your PayPal account and you can start making payments not only in CampingnFishing.com, but in virtually hundreds of websites and merchants that accept PayPal.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Currently, only California residents are charged a sales tax of 8.75%.


Shipping Questions



Can you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. If you are unsure if the country you are residing in is available for us to ship to, please send us an email at mail[at]petapparelfashion[dot]com so we can confirm if your country is within our reach. If it is not, please rest assured that we are continuously trying to expand our network and we may have your country within our available shipping areas soon.

 

How long does shipping take?

In order to fully accommodate your needs, we offer various shipping methods that would allow you to receive your item when you want to receive it.

 

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours through US Postal Service (USPS). The shortest time that we can ship to you is 2 days and the maximum is around 30 days.

 

Please note that the transit time for shipping also depends on the destination of the package or where you will be shipping the item/s to.

 

Do you offer EXPEDITED Shipping?

Yes, we do. Priority and Express Mail service is available for an extra fee. Please note that charges will vary depending on package size and destination. Please contact us at mail[at]petapparelfashion[dot]com so for more information on shipping.

 

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will send you your tracking number via email so you can check exactly where your order is.

 

Why have I not yet received my package?

There are several reasons why you may have not received your package:

 

o PetApparelFashion usually notifies buyers that their item has been shipped out via email. The email message should contain your order confirmation and tracking number. If you have not received an email from us informing you that your package has been shipped out, it is quite possible that it has not been shipped out yet.

 

o If you are worried about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at mail[at]petapparelfashion[dot]com so so we can assist you in monitoring the status of your package until it arrives safely unto your doorstep.

 

o On very rare occasions, the package is stuck in customs. You may check with your local customs agency to see if your package is detained there, because it is possible that you will be required to pay import duties. Please inform us if you need any information from us in order to assist you in clarifying information invoices to customs.

o You may have not received your item, because it is still in transit. In cases like these, please check the website of the shipping method or delivery service you had chosen to monitor the status or progress of your parcel.

 

Do you charge for important tax and duties?

Since tax varies amongst different countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your country may impose upon you. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to handle the import tax or charges in your country.
